One of the most popular attractions in Tampa is the annual Gasparilla Pirate Fest, which has been a tradition in Tampa since 1904. Over 300,000 spectators are expected to line the streets to watch the Ashley Children’s Gasparilla Parade presented by Chick-fil-A. Treat your family to the Tampa experience of a lifetime and join us for a fun, family celebration – aboard the VooDoo Chef Foundation Float! Arg! Guest will enjoy snacks, live music, face painting, photos, and more.

Children’s Gasparilla

Saturday, January 24, 2026 | 12:00-7:30pm

Widely considered the largest children’s event in the country, the Children’s Gasparilla Parade begins at Bay to Bay and Bayshore Boulevard. Pirates, floats, marching bands and more proceed north along Bayshore Boulevard before ending at Edison Avenue. This event is free to attend, but reserved seating is available or join us on the VooDoo Chef Float!

Schedule of Events:

12:00-2:00pm: Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Rodeo- Bayshore Blvd between Rome and Dakota Ave. (Free to participate, no registration required)
12:00-4:00pm: Gasparilla Air Invasion
2:00-3:00pm: Gasparilla Preschooler’s Stroll (Pre-registration required)
4:00-6:15pm: Children’s Gasparilla Parade
6:15-7:00pm: Nighttime Gasparilla Air Invasion
7:00-7:30pm: “Piratechnic Finale” Fireworks Show

Parade Information:

FREE Jolley Trolley service will be running on a continuous loop from 11:30am to 8:30pm picking up/dropping off at the intersections of Platt St. and Bayshore Boulevard (near Publix) and Bay-to-Bay and Bayshore Boulevard.

Gasparilla Parade of Pirates 2026

The 2026 Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest is scheduled in Tampa from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 31, 2026. It features the 107th Gasparilla Invasion and Parade of the Pirates presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla.

Picture this: a sea of glittering beads, treasures, and doubloons being tossed into the air as a crew of pirates celebrate their victory over the City of Tampa. The legendary Gasparilla Parade of Pirates is no ordinary celebration. Join the VooDoo Chef and his Krewe aboard his float and travel along the 4.5-mile parade route, Partying Like Rock Stars. Celebrate Tampa Bay with approximately 140 units of elaborate floats, Krewes, marching bands, and, of course, the infamous YMKG pirates! Enjoy Food, Beverages, Live Music, and all the excitement that accompanies Gasparilla.

Parade of Pirates Schedule

Time: 2:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.

Route: The parade begins at Bay to Bay Boulevard and Bayshore Boulevard. It continues along Bayshore Boulevard to Brorein Street, turns east on Brorein Street, then north on Ashley Drive. The parade ends at Cass Street & Ashley Drive.

The Float: While on the VooDoo Chef Float guests will enjoy Food & Libations, Live Music, Face Painting and more. And don’t fret, the float is equipment with four bathrooms! Enjoy the parade in style!!!

VooDoo Chef “Not Your Grand-Daddy’s” Golf Tournament

Join us for some fun at The Eagles Golf Club for the VooDoo Chef Charity Golf Tournament! Our “best ball” style tournament will have amazing food, great drinks, and a few twists & turns, creating a #VooDie experience like no other. After completion of 17 holes, teams will turn in their score cards at Hole 18. The top two teams and a third of random draw, will play the final hole to determine the winner! As they play for the win, the party will begin. Remaining teams will enjoy amazing food and drink as they cheer on the final competitors. Once the final putt drops, awards will be announced. All proceeds raised from this event directly supports the VooDoo Chef Foundation.

Starts at 11:00 am until the last team rolls in!
